Chungbuk-do, the project that Improves the recruitment environment
of excellent companies in Youth Jobs has achieved “good performance”
PION-TECH has achieved “good performance” in the creating job for
youths.
Since
2016, Chungbuk-do has implemented a "Support Project for excellent
companies in Youth jobs" to support small and medium sized companies
that
have achieved results in expanding new recruitment of youth workers and
spreading the atmosphere of employment stability.
Based on companies with more than 30 employees,
the support project will provide up to 30 million won
(less than 30 employees :
more than 3% increase in youth recruitment) to companies with more than 5%
increase in youth recruitment over the past year.
PION-TECH is
one of 14 SMEs selected for their achievements in creating youths job this
year.
Ahn Chang-bok, a provincial officer in charge of
youth policy, said, "We appreciate the efforts of companies to create
youth jobs
in the literally difficult situation of Covid 19."
and "We hope that the “support project for excellent companies in youth jobs” will help youths improve their perception of SMEs
by improving the recruitment environment."
